Hygeine was an issue, staff often fell ill. Pay was advertised as what it was including tips, baseline salary was severely low. Understaffed often a few members would do over 100 covers

restaurant is in a nice area

very stressful environment, was overworked, would get lots of complaints from customers, inappropriate and mean male manager (who was then fired for inappropriate behaviour), owner was rude/hostile and did not care about her workers. would cancel shifts last minute, and often send me home early when it was quiet, also added shifts last minute with no notice. heard bad things from friends too, overall a bad experience, not worth the pay
