      Truly mission driven, leadership walks the walk. A lot of room for career growth and to build things from the ground up.

      Cons

      Every project is a fire drill. Due to quick growth, processes and operations need a lot of work. Work/life balance is challenging due to massive company ambitions and the nature of the industry.
