Pros

Bosses pugs run around (I'm a dog lover). Casual dress. Fun co-workers that are a tight nit group. Pay and benefits are pretty reasonable. Since you're working for a technology furniture company, the chairs and desks you sit at are pretty stinking nice.

Cons

For a creative, the work can get pretty monotonous. Get the feeling like the salesmen (and women) sort fo run the show and might be a little to prideful to take recommendations from the little folk. Again, for a creative, the branding is pretty weak, and not very "fun" to work on.

Pros

Flexible schedule, hard working team, and the company is located outside of Portland so it makes the commute easy. They also have a pretty fair rate of pay.

Cons

Since the acquisition, the company struggles with clear direction. Spends alot of time and resources on things that end up going nowhere.

Pros

- They will not fire you, effort matters here. If your struggling they will try and help you success - 3 weeks off starting out - 4% retirement match - They are open to hiring everyone - Great family healthcare coverage - Product they sell is high quality product

Cons

- They do not develop their employees, a lot of employees have been doing the same job for a long time. - As the company makes more money, the result is more work. There is an overall feeling that someone is getting wealthier at the top - Their is very limited training after the first 4 weeks. Not recommended place for people wanting to perfect their skills - Company is moving in direction of removing commission for sales reps and account managers
