Pros
Strong company mission and vision to reinvent financial services for the digital age. Progressive, creative and open culture. Team members have diverse backgrounds (finance, engineering, technology, design, banking, robotics, consulting). Company does a lot to facilitate group learning/sharing.
Cons
Still a growing company. There can be mission creep and/or distraction related to certain (albeit healthy) moonshot projects. Team is very ambitious, can lose focus on our core mission sometimes. Company should take and "own" more credit on being the first to focus exclusively and successfully on investment and advisory of financial technology companies.
