Pros

I can't think of any pros for working here.

Cons

They do not give you a full holiday allowance so if you want more days you have to take them as unpaid. They do not treat their authors very nicely and will always renege on agreements to avoid paying. The place is full of unpaid interns; I don't understand how they are still in business. They also completely micromanage staff.
