Coworkers are nice. Job is easy.
Cons
Terrible pay. $11/hr with pathetic 3% (maximum) annual raises. Promotions are given to friends over skill. No set hours. You go when you're done. I leave early 90% of the time and am forced out the door causing my paycheck to suffer. The rare occasion I get overtime, I get yelled at. Work load is not distributed evenly. If you are good, you will be carrying your team and getting paid they same. Many coworkers are very unskilled and lazy. It's not uncommon for a teammate to need to "go to the bathroom" 4+ times a day. Work is very monotonous and teaches you no real skills. Scheduling vacations is too hard. You often won't be able to get one with out very advanced notice (6months+). I can go on forever about how bad this company is. Don't work here.
