- No structure or vision from the management - No work life balance. Everything will be a priority. Would rather work from office. These people will even call at 9 or 10 in the night - HR is just nice on face and will do nothing even if the employee has been reported by multiple people several times - No growth or learning, focus is on quantity and not quality - Services sold are sub-par - Leaders have no ethics/ professionalism and indulge in abusive behaviour - Average salary
