4yThanks for taking the time to share this feedback with us. I’m happy to respond to your comments and also share ways we’ve been proactively working to address some of your concerns. In the 25 years that it took the founding team to build their prior tech startup into a $1.2 billion success story, they have continued to leverage their experience and work ethic to AnswerRocket’s mission. We’ve signed contracts with very large organizations like Unilever, Mondelez, Coty, and other Fortune 500 companies. Our customers tell us that our solution is highly differentiated and uniquely positioned to solve an acute pain for them in automating analysis using AI and machine learning. We are still in the early days of this space and believe this is just the beginning.
Additionally, creating more access to our CEO and Senior Leadership team has been a priority for us. In addition to monthly Town Halls, we’ve recently added weekly CEO fireside chats and 3 virtual and in-office lunches throughout the month to build community and connection. Having customers join Town Halls to talk directly to the team about the problems we are solving for them has been received especially well. We’ve upgraded our benefits during this most recent enrollment period and continue to benchmark pay and benefits against industry competitors. We’ve also implemented internal processes in the form of weekly and monthly check-ins to encourage more frequent conversations around career development and growth. We still have a ways to go but feel inspired by our continued commitment to our employees and our customers as we grow.
