consulting is going through growing pains, certain orgs are worried about their future

As normal for a small company finding our place in the world, AnswerRocket has undergone significant changes over the last 5-6 years of my employment (managers, processes, product design and vision). And yet the constant throughout all of the change is leadership's optimism, focus on efficiency, and the collaborative nature of our work. Every day is spent making sure we're all learning from each other and putting our best foot forward. It's an exciting and engaging place to work with lots more growth on the horizon now that we've proven ourselves as adept in the AI space!

Cons are all subjective. If you want a place where you're given a task list and told to go work in a vacuum, you won't find that here. We are a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Priorities can shift rapidly to ensure that we are reaching the right people and the right priorities at the right time.
