Great management that was interactive with their employees. They take the time to make sure they educate new employees before throwing them into the work rotation. Always trying to be as accommodating as possible.

Learning the system is tough at first if you are not computer savvy. May take more time to learn but is required for the hiring process.
Great job if you love helping others it’s a fast paced call center setting where you will provide customer services and dispatching services to plenty of different companies , alit of attention required.
