      -I met some brilliant people that were also stuck in a bad situation with this workplace.

      Cons

      -no underwriting standards -ridiculous workloads due to being dangerously short staffed at all times -false advertising of what the role entails -incompetent executive leadership -still stuck in the 1980s culturally -technology that also belongs in that era -non-existent but somehow very incompetent HR

      Really none - they do give some of profits to good causes.... but they dont make a profit and have not for a long time

      Cons

      Continual changes of product managers and no clarity of risk appetite. Failure to invest in modern work systems are coming home to haunt the ELT.
