Pros
- Truly unrivalled list of clients. They genuinely work with the biggest names in tech and that’s fulfilling to say you’ve built the critical teams for companies the general public will see on tv and in everyday life. - They treat consultants as adults allowing them to manage their own time for breaks, the gym, lunches etc. - The highest (by some distance) base salaries in the whole NI recruitment industry. You’ll take a pay cut leaving here to go to any other recruitment agency in NI. - One of the highest graduate starting salaries of any sector in the whole of NI. Great when you come straight out of uni like I did! And that’s without considering the commission you’ll make. I made almost £40,000 total income in my first 12 months with no prior experience just out of uni. - If you put the work in and hit your targets. you can get a promotion every year. - Extra day off on paid annual leave for your birthday. - Not fixated on KPI’s like other recruitment agencies. - They appreciate that every individual progresses at different speeds and they stick by consultants who may not be bringing money in but who are working hard and showing they want it. Most other recruitment agencies would let these consultants go much quicker than Anson McCade. Very reassuring when you start and a welcome change of mindset to the rest of the recruitment industry. - Monthly team breakfasts and top performer lunches at the best restaurants all paid for. - Awesome Winter and Summer parties. - Music on in the office! We can listen to whatever we want. - Girls Night drinks for the ladies of the office. - FIFA and a cracking 5 aside football team for the lads. - Amazing internship where you’re treated just like every other consultant. Definitely no tea-making duties, in a good way!
Cons
6pm finish Monday to Thursday and 4.30pm finish on a Friday. Not really a con, it’s just the nature of the industry. I don’t mind it at all.
