Great company, great mental health, they do special things everyone, shout outs, contest, and other company activities. Your voice is heard and acknowledged.

Cons

Salary could be higher, and scripts can be a little tough depending on the client.

Pros

I have been with the company for six years, and I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve ever worked. The upper management team is incredibly approachable and supportive. I work closely with Holly and Michele, and they are available 24/7, even when they’re not on shift. They step in alongside us whenever needed and consistently teach and guide us as we grow. Rob, Nancy, and Bob are also among the kindest leaders you could ask for. They are just as accessible and supportive to both Customer Care Specialists and managers. I would highly recommend this job to anyone with strong customer service skills who wants to work in a positive, collaborative, and truly supportive environment.

Pros

This is my first real role, and it’s been a really good experience. The hours are flexible and fit around my schedule, which I really like. The company is family owned, so it feels more personal and supportive instead of corporate. Management is easy to talk to and helpful. I also like that you can win prizes each month for doing well, which keeps things motivating. The team is friendly, the training is clear, and it’s a solid place to learn customer service skills. Very fast paced!
