After acquisition, the culture has shifted from a startup to corporate, that has increased it more top heavy.

I've been at companies where I thought this is pretty good, it isn't bad at all and then I joined Anova and realized wow this is a whole new level. It's not one thing that sets Anova apart, it's a culmination of everything. For example how people genuinely care about you, care about what they do, and the company as a whole have one common goal. Yes everyone has a different set of objectives but we are all working towards one goal. I could tell you all the other great things such as free lunch, flexibility, and etc but you know what, come interview and find out for yourself.

Are there bad apples? Yes of course there are a few bad ones in the fruit drawer from time to time and hot water to drink isn't easily accessible.
