Pros
There isn’t any. This company is horrible to their female employees, contractors.
Cons
Leadership culture is the primary issue. Management relies heavily on intimidation rather than communication, with employees frequently feeling threatened about job security rather than supported or coached. Workloads are consistently excessive and unsustainable, with little regard for work–life balance or employee well-being. There is no functional HR presence. Concerns about harassment, burnout, or management behavior have no clear or safe channel for escalation. Policies are either nonexistent or inconsistently enforced, leaving employees vulnerable and unprotected. Leadership lacks accountability, transparency, and basic people management skills. Decisions are often reactive, poorly communicated, and driven by fear rather than strategy. Turnover is high, and institutional knowledge is lost as experienced employees leave.
