Toxic Culture and Unqualified Management - Universal Banker Anonymous Content Employee Review

I worked at Sunflower Bank for about five months, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. Despite bringing over 20 years of prior banking experience, I found the work environment to be discouraging and poorly managed. Leadership at the branch level lacked experience and effective people skills, which made it difficult to perform my job to my full potential. I believe the company could benefit from stronger leadership training and a more supportive and collaborative work culture.
