Pros

Remote work and couple of good knowledgeable people to work with.

Cons

Completely agree with the previous reviewer - Stay away from this company!!! It is the CEOs playground. He absolutely works on Hire and Fire policy. He gets a client, hires people at very cheap rates promising either big positions or big bonus which never happen, and as soon as the work is done, he just gets rid of the people without any notice. Families can be devastated if you are the only person working in your family. No health, 401k etc. benefits. Not an industry standard compensation package either. Joining this company will be the biggest mistake anyone can ever do. Surprised that things didn't change even now. Should have written the review long back.

Pros

Remote work; the days you are not verbally attacked by the CEO; the last day of work knowing I escaped the toxic life deflating grasp of a desperate dangerous CEO

Cons

Please read the reviews above, they are spot on. CEO is a bully, liar, boarder line fraudulent liar. He promises you the world to get you in, and then you observe him doing the same to his clients. . . then he'll reverse everything depending on what day it is, and either reprimand you in front of peers and do the same to his clients. At one point at a internal meeting at a client site, I had to dismiss myself as I was embarrassed by his behavior. He literally dropped vulgarity (think words starting with the letter F) in a project planning meeting. When it was my time to get let go, he threatened recourse if I did not accept their 2 week severance package, he also told me NOT to file for unemployment (which is clearly against the law).
