I’ve had an incredibly positive experience getting onboarded and integrated into the team at Annexus Health—everyone has been welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping each other succeed. The company culture stands out as collaborative and people-focused, creating an environment where ideas are encouraged and contributions feel valued. Despite being fully remote, there’s a strong sense of connection across the organization, and I’ve built meaningful working relationships with my team. I’ve really enjoyed the balance of autonomy and support, which has allowed me to grow in my role while feeling confident that help is always available when needed.

Being newer to the organization, there are still processes and systems that I’m learning, which can occasionally impact efficiency.

Looks good on paper, but no amount of PTO can make up for all the empty promises.

Calling this place a dumpster fire would be an insult to dumpster fires. Management still has no idea how to hold on to talent or stick to a plan for more than six months. This company is run purely on cliques, egos, and fumes. It is absolutely amazing it has held on this long. Barely halfway into the year and there’s already been another round of layoffs and a restructuring event. Is this company finally circling the drain?
