This is a very rewarding position...Actually witness to consumers/clients reclaiming their lifes towards their recovery and understanding their personal journey how they can implement family, children mental illnesses/ addiction reinforcements in their life with professionals, groups, outside support and community service's to work towards a healthy and happy life. Also my co-worker's are Awesome, along with collaborate agencies, Doctor's, staff to make IT Happen....exciting stuff...
Cons
Of course there is the other side of revovery, difficult consumers, non noncompliance, and death....and as in this business, short staffed....
