      Remote, good pay, good benefits

      They randomly have laid people off here for years. i read the reviews before I was hired and boy were they correct. It comes without warning and half the company is gone. There is zero job security at this company. The products are terrible and customers are always unhappy. I give this company 5-8 years before they close up shop

      Exposure to international markets and culture

      Cons

      Depending on where they are in the PE cycle, they work with a reasonable pressure. Nearing the end, they systematically start laying people off: month over month, department over department; very quietly. You don't realize it is happening until you try sending an email and it bounces, by accident, as "terminated". Culture is toxic, management is terrible.
