      Some big-name clients in the pharma industry, Reasonably decent pay.

      Cons

      Absolutely callous Management and HR. Lack of transparency between Management and employees (even their "town hall" meetings are just fluff and vague).

      Exposure to international markets and culture

      Cons

      Depending on where they are in the PE cycle, they work with a reasonable pressure. Nearing the end, they systematically start laying people off: month over month, department over department; very quietly. You don't realize it is happening until you try sending an email and it bounces, by accident, as "terminated". Culture is toxic, management is terrible.
