Pros
Genuine and mostly good folks to work with. Everyone works hard and plays hard. CEO and executive team are genuine. They deeply care for the employees and celebrate accomplishments while also owning up to mistakes. The company grows and progresses as things happen, like providing mental health days and listening circles during the pandemic as well as providing a stipend for remote work.
Cons
There's no accountability for management so it can be a loose canon. My manager had a big ego who caused stress and anxiety for myself and others. He is smart but not kind or patient. He probably should've been in an IC role instead of managing people.
