      Pros

      The mid management and lower staff are a great group of people. Student love the company, but they have no idea what's going on internally.

      Cons

      When you're on the inside you can be extremely unprofessional without any fear of retribution from upper management. Unfortunately upper management have tied the boat to a couple of people that should have been fired a long time ago. I can't imagine the company will be in business for much longer.

      Pros

      Creative, collaborative, committed to the students and alumni, great team support and deep relationships formed, and autonomy. Micromanagement didn't exist, there was trust placed in you to do your job, and always had the resources to do the job. Worked in early 2010s.

      Cons

      Long hours but worked out because everyone was committed to the purpose and products delivered.

      Pros

      Working with amazing people from many different backgrounds and skills. Everyone is there to help push the art of animation, and to help the next generation of animators succeed.

      Cons

      No real issues with AM.
