      Employee discount, use to be much better though

      Cons

      Pretty much everything! Management doesn't know how to manage, blames mistakes on other employees. Pay is next to nothing. Looked at as a number who can be replaced. Don't appreciate how much you do and how hard you work!

      Pros

      At ANIMART you get to work with a friendly staff who quickly make you feel like you're at home. The work environment was just redone and looks very nice.

      Cons

      The owners meddle in the business of the company quite a bit, when they aren't involved in the day-to-day. It can be very disruptive to your work. Also, they are not flexible with work hours.
