Overtime is normal. Management sucks, boss does not care about employees. There's no benchmark for your positions, salaries and performance review (Job matrix was mentioned back in 2017. It is still not out in 2018) EPF forever late. Salary sometimes on time, most of the time late. Adding on to the point on EPF: (This was before I left the company, but they still don't pay EPF on time anyway) Employee's EPF and SOCSO were taken for company's usage without notifying us. It was only explained that they used our money for company's investment when the employees realised and confronted the management. All projects clutter together with inexperience project leads makes the boat sink. Unrealistic project deadlines all the time.
