Pros
Great people and benefits if you can get on full time. The care and love they provide for the animals is outstanding.
Cons
Very rarely do they hire full-time staff. The staff are overworked, under appreciated and under paid. Management will be very interested in new ideas, but are also very resistant to change. Do exactly what they say and don't stray off on your own path.
