Pros
The mission. It is amazing what Animal Friends does for pets and pet owners in the community. There is always an inspiring story to hear, and a loving animal to meet or have visit in your office.
Cons
Management is unorganized, employees are underpaid, and benefits aren't that great. Departments don't work well together and it can be frustrating when it prevents you from doing your job. Most of the people that work here are amazing, but the few that are bad seeds have left company morale low.
