Well below average wage across the board with no real oppertunity to increase. Many leave because of this active strategy taken by senior management. Communication is quite bad, couple that with a negative atmosphere (due to shockingly low salary) and a dead office floor and it can make for a long day at work. Hours are longer than standard working hours, no over time, capped bonus, below standard pension contribution, below standard bank holiday days in lieu, below standard study leave entitlements etc
