Pros

They give you tons of responsibility up front that will form great skills for the rest of your career. Good 401K match rate (if you are insane enough to last 3 years).

Cons

Too many to count. All new grads going through the brewery training program (BTP) get paid the same regardless of which location they end up. Working in St Louis pays the same as working in CA which sucks. Extremely high turnover meaning you get very useless or incompetent managers. Turnover also affects promotions and the promotions are inconsistent. I was a top performer and it took me 2 years to promote going through a full interview process. Meanwhile a new hire that I trained and was the for 8 months walked into work one day and was told they got promoted. Absolutely unfair and inconsistent. They rely heavily on experienced operators. Toxic work culture. And I mean TOXIC. They put Beer production over your personal life. If you choose to work here, remember that you owe them nothing. You are there to do a job.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great Coworkers, Cafe at HQ

Cons

Position was eliminated following 10 years of dedicated service, with no transition placement or internal employment opportunities provided. I also don't believe the company knows or understands it's own culture.
