Thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. At Anheuser-Busch, we are ambitious and committed to owning results. We believe that cross-functional movement within the company can help with collaboration across functions, improve communication, and spark career growth. We recommend setting up a 1:1 meeting with your manager, or reaching out to the people team, to address any concerns you might have, as well as discuss your career goals, recent wins, and opportunities.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pros

Free beer and decent salary

Cons

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
