Pros

Easy to climb the corporate ladder, You work in the beer industry- there are lots of free events and free beer. Part of your job is attending parties/concerts/sporting events.

Cons

If you don't join their program straight out of college, you're stuck watching all these young kids get promoted all around you, no matter if they're qualified or good at what they do. This means the positions are constantly being rehired as people are promoted every 6 months or so. There's a rule that you have to stay in a position for at least 2 years to get promoted, but they regularly overrule that. With people constantly changing, the direction of the company is constantly changing and that creates discord. Also these students coming straight out of college have no sales experience and are put in charge, so that just creates loads of issues. They also don't treat employees well. They incentivize sales people, and anyone else that works there doesn't get treated well. They're offered their hourly wage and bad beer once a month and in return are worked extremely hard. That hourly wage is also much lower than comparative jobs in the area. People regularly take jobs here to get certified in specific areas such as driving large trucks and then quit and take jobs at another company that will pay them more to do the same thing. Some degreed jobs are paid less than non degreed jobs simply because they are jobs normally done by women.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great Coworkers, Cafe at HQ

Cons

Position was eliminated following 10 years of dedicated service, with no transition placement or internal employment opportunities provided. I also don't believe the company knows or understands it's own culture.
