Pros
Every company has happy employees and unhappy employees. I feel that reviews say more about the employee than the employer. My time at Angus One was great. They took a chance on me and I will always respect that. I worked there for 15 months and will always recommend people to work there. It is a different model to other recruitment agencies in respect that there is little pressure and a work life balance is promoted. I can only speak for myself but I have ultimate respect for Janice the manager and Sarah the president. They took me under their wing and guided me towards a new career. I was sad to leave but times move on
Cons
Pay. And hear me out here. The pay is far less than you can earn at other recruitment companies. However, money is not everyones go-to. There is more to life than slaving away and the income matches the work demanded. Its a nice balance.
