If you get good clients, you will get lot of exposure and learn a lot in very short time. Salary hikes are also good if you were constantly working with clients.

On the client interviews, you will be given incorrect experience on your resume. For freshers it is fine as requirements are fairly low. But for experienced, it may be better to look elsewhere.

Pros is that if you are trainee they won’t give you training … Surprise… It’s just role without proper training they will give you YouTube videos as a training 😂. My first company surprised me with not giving any task or projects to fresher around for 1-1.5 year just seat and get salary, no real project no monthly analysis nothing . They terminated me after the training period reason is I was not able to solve the problem which is given by the senior Abhijit he judge me only with the that cutom pipe . Regardless of what I did for 7 months I have master dsa and system design their but they just wants donkey developer, join only if you are ready to do donkey work which don’t even matter to anyone.And the founder is crazy he great at making fake promises specially after being drunk. Worst management, lot of politics in senior management. Thanks for the short term opportunity.
