Pros
Company pays well and has a generally nice bunch of people to work with. Fast paced and challenged with a very dynamic and changing opportunities in the US sports betting market. They have a great opportunity to succeed in this growing arena.
Cons
Constant change of direction can cause resources to be allocated to things which don't count, and hours are often long to attempt to deliver within timeframes which are not realistic. Senior management perhaps don't always pull together to get things done.
