Pros
Anglo have made me feel welcome from day one , right from the senior management they listen and really support you however recruitment is hard and definitely not for everyone . If you want a 9-5 with no stress then find a different career. I was advised from my first day to expect highs and lows (there would probably be more lows as this industry is very unpredictable) but it’s all in your control . Anglo support you they give coaching and training and management is always there to talk to and genuinely want you to succeed . basically they give you all the tools to succeed but it’s up to you to grab it with both hands and make it your own.
Benefits are great , we have annual events happening , newly implemented bonus, holidays and the commission structure is fantastic. There are so many opportunities to meet clients which they advocate so much which is unlike other company’s I know and have worked for.
Cons
Some people really tried to affect the positive culture but management were proactive and have dealt with that now and it’s a fantastic place for people to join
