Thank you for taking the time to draft your review as we take all feedback seriously both positive and highlighting areas for improvement. During your short time with us, we are sorry that despite all our continuous support, training and adjusting the role you were unable to pass probation. We understand that you are upset about our decision, however, recruitment is not easy as we explain to everyone at interview stage and it takes a certain character to keep giving 100% when there are tough days which invariably there are for all recruiters both trainee and experienced. Not every trainee is able to become a successful recruiter.
Regarding your comments about breakfast, we feel it is important for a company to give back to our employees so we do like to provide breakfasts, excellent commission structure, additional bonus incentives, work/homelife balance and are continually looking for new ways to reward our employees. Our company is fully committed to providing a supporting and positive atmosphere for all our employees which we do appreciate for those that wish to focus on negatives would not be the right environment. We do strongly disagree that this is not the right place for trainees or 360 recruitment, we provide one on one coaching and training for all our new and experienced recruiters which demonstrates our commitment to ensuring training is tailored to yourself not just “one size fits all”. We are also part of a number of PSL’s across our sectors and are consistently proving to new and existing clients our ability to perform at the highest standard which again is a testament to the fantastic recruiters we have working with us who put quality at the forefront of their performance.
