      Working for Anglo American will allow me more scope to learn and grow. This is a fine opportunity for me to develop new skills and work on them at the same time. 

      Cons

      Working with a lot of people. This means that there is competition everywhere and one needs to pull up their socks to get to the top of the ladder.
