Pros
It's one of the best scale ups to work at in the region. You'll learn a lot of relevant experience that you can carry on to any job. You'll meet a lot of like minded people. You'll make friends. Only work here if you're a junior and wish to get senior level experience. The technical experience you'll get is great. Compensation is also quite good for the region.
Cons
Bad management, ego maniac "leaders". They will only appreciate you if you can show off your work. No glory for the bug fixers, or behind-the-sceners. The more you brag about your accomplishments, the more management notices you. They're also cheap stakes. Ask anyone that works there about this, they will tell you their latest stunt. Overall culture is toxic, vis-a-vis management at least.
