Pros
The Computer Science faculties are very nice and helpful. It is a flexible working environment. I started as a tutor for the summer code camp and became a CS tutor right after that. It is between 8-12 hours a week so you can take on some other job(for me it is IT) if you want to.
Cons
Everything is great so there is not much to complain about. Tutors work in separate collaborate rooms so sometimes there would be so many students coming to my room and I tried to stay for 30 minutes to help them while there are tutors available in another room. This would be solved in an in-person session though.
