Great place to work - SVP of Sales Angelcare Employee Review

I enjoy working at Angelcare as the company isn't afraid to invest in colleagues and promote them from within. Here is my story: Since I transitioned in Jan. 2020, I have had the opportunity to grow as an individual and also in the company. I started out as a planner, then a team lead, moved on to Project Manager, and am now in the role of a Manufacturing & Quality Manager. All of this in a short 3-year time span! As a colleague I feel as though my opinion matters and my ideas are listened to. The culture is that of a family and the Senior Management team genuinely cares about all colleagues. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking for employment to join the Angelcare team.

I don't have anything that I would consider a downside to working at Angelcare.

Interesting Market and above average products.

Bad culture, too much turn over.
