Very friendly team and management that are all working together to see a goal succeed. Everyone is highly approachable and considers each other's feedback.

It's a newer company but they have done a great job of building a great team and product.

Where to begin... there's a huge misalignment between upper-management (which is like 3/4 guys) and the rest of the employees in terms of timeline the ceo has repeatedly said that he is going to pay us eventually, but keep pushing this further and further down... the coo seems more concerned about the design of the application, rather than the actual functionality i recently became aware that they had to let go of one of the lead engineers, but then they hired an intern and quickly promoted him to lead engineer, which just seems like they're arbitrary handing out roles afterwards, I learned that everyone is an unpaid intern, hired on an at-will basis? i've already begun job-hunting elsewhere, cuz this does not bode well for this company... idk why, but they randomly change goals for the application, and can't seem to decide on a design for the look of this thing
