I’m really digging deep here to try and find a pro but there’s very few. I honestly can’t think of any.

I’ve spent quite a few weeks not writing this review because I wanted to be completely unbiased in my opinion. I’ve been in the military and am currently a nurse and this is the most toxic work environment I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life from the management to basically every department (with an exception of a few employees that have been with the company for years). I quite literally watched this company destroy my husbands entire life. The manager is manipulative and dishonest and so is the new general manager. There is a major lack of organization and they expect salesman to cold call, obtain their own leads from Costco, and when the leads are scarce they don’t get paid but are forced to attend mandatory trainings (which are also unpaid). There is no recognition for accomplishments and no appreciation for initiative. I’ve witnessed company leaders make racist statements without any consequences repeatedly. The owner does not care about his employees and will lie straight to their faces just to avoid conflict. The owner basically jetsetted off to Florida and left the company in the hands of an inexperienced, immature “manager” and has not paid any attention to the status of his company. They continue to increase their prices and are beat out by every other company because nobody can afford to pay 10k for a system that costs 200 off of Amazon that someone will install for even less. This company was amazing back in 2014, but the owner just kept opening new stores that he ended up having to close anyways and it’s gone completely down hill. I’m absolutely disgusted with all I witnessed over the last 8 years and am so glad to have no association with this company anymore. If you care about your livelihood, family, happiness, peace of mind, health, or success, please do not work for this company. They cannot fulfill anything they promise you and will work you for everything you’re worth and then drop you the second they can’t find any use for you anymore.
