Pros
Great place to work . Best product and has a clear focus on its customers and their needs . Investing in the customers needs . Great teams, management easy to work with and genuinely are interested and passion for the brand .
Cons
Not much really. Just internal systems are slow to be set up . Causing messy reporting or customer facing info . Too many spreadsheets, excessive points of info being shared and saved, meaning losing links and important information sent on 5-6 different places. This causes discord when asking where something is , and getting annoyed responses, and time to wade through emails , and various platforms to find anything.
