The workplace culture felt negative and disengaging, with little effort put into fostering a supportive environment. Transparency and communication were severely lacking, leaving employees often in the dark about key decisions and changes. Leadership struggled to provide clear direction or support, which contributed to widespread confusion and low morale. Many team members, including myself, were consistently overworked and felt undervalued, with little recognition or reward for our efforts. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of accountability—underperformance and poor behavior were frequently overlooked, which impacted team dynamics and productivity. Overall, the experience was challenging and not conducive to professional growth or well-being. I hope the company takes steps to improve in these areas for the benefit of current and future employees.
