They often lie, avoid accountability, and hide behind a religious façade to present themselves as good and wholesome, when in reality their behavior tells a very different story. Nepotism is rampant, with opportunities and treatment heavily favoring those with personal ties rather than actual performance or qualifications. The culture feels toxic, built on empty words instead of genuine values. If you’re looking for a workplace with integrity, honesty, and respect for its people, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
