Cons
Do not be fooled by the interviewing process. Management will go out of their way to make it seem like it is a great place to work so that you agree, and onboard. That is when the nightmare will begin. HR will not do your onboarding it is another "manager" instead, do not expect an orientation. If you make a mistake on any forms during your onboarding, they will use it against you. You will not be told who in your in Chain of Command, but later will find out that the person "on your team" is your direct supervisor. As a new hire any time I asked what I could do to help or work on I was either told "nothing," or just discarded all together. Supervisors and Managers are extremely rude, also the organization does not have any type of structured training for employees. It is a an utter soup sandwich to put it lightly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
