      Poor definition of roles and responsibilities, lots of politics. Serious growing pains.

      good pay, actually not as bad work-life balance (team-dependent) as it seems on the outside minus the sprints/troubleshooting that comes up sometimes.

      Cons

      selling my soul and ethics for something that i don't believe in at all
