      Benefits are pretty good but will likely diminish over time.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive for existing employees. Easier to make more coming in as a new hire. Hasn’t transitioned into a fully fledged product company so the transitory phase of figuring out how to do that can be difficult at times.
