      Pros

      Great onsite benefits like gym, breakfast, snacks, etc. Great benefits in general including PTO, holidays, parental leave, etc.

      Cons

      Culture is very poor. Not good communication between teams. Onsite leadership not inline with overall company leadership. No clear direction and goals.

      good pay, actually not as bad work-life balance (team-dependent) as it seems on the outside minus the sprints/troubleshooting that comes up sometimes.

      Cons

      selling my soul and ethics for something that i don't believe in at all
