Is this your company?

First ended up ok, but then ended up really crappy - Driver Andrus Transportation Employee Review

Pros

It's ok if you want a team driver and are living close to St. George. Hire on Bonus was good.

Cons

The rate of pay isn't what they tell you. I was told .30 a mile and got .16 a mile. They say they want experienced divers and will pay for the experience but treat you like a rookie. They are family owned and operated, but if you're not family you're just another number. Trying to get a hold of anyone in the office is a joke.

Pros

They treated me well when I worked for them. The only reason my husband and I are not working for them still is that we retired. They treated us like family and with respect. I would work for them again. I miss working for them.

Cons

I have no complaints, but remember, every company has its pros and cons. As for me, I have none.

Pros

+Good truck, it was well maintained and only had one minor issue with the brakes early on. Volvo that is, don't get me started on the crappy blue ones! +Comfortable seat +Yard guys are cool

Cons

-Camera pointed at your face 24/7 - crazy hr ladycomplaining that my visor is down to much. Tell me they don't watch you! -Low miles unless you want to be on the road for 14+ days, don't tell me home time is good there -Never get a straight answer -Always talked down to like you don't know anythig and they are the only smart ones -terrible lounge. for an outfit this big two recliners and an old tv isn't really much of a lounge! -did i mention the camera in your face? -lower end pay and weird bonus payout -Drinks in the lounge are priced like Loves! Why make money off your dirvers!?
